UTI Care

If you are a person with a uterus suffering from an UTI (the worst!) Choix can help alleviate your pain with fast treatment!

You submit a 4-7 minute questionnaire and based on your answers, Choix will either prescribe care within 24-48 hours (M-F/8:30 am-4:30pm PST) or recommend a urine test at your local lab to confirm that you have a UTI.

If testing is needed, we’ll provide an order to your local Quest Diagnostics laboratory, and perform testing there (still, no clinic visit required). We can also check for chlamydia and gonorrhea at the same time if you’d like to be tested for these sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

We can have your treatment delivered through our partner pharmacy or you can pick it up at your local pharmacy – whatever is most convenient for you.

$20 Consultation fee + cost for medication.  Please note that the cost for medication depends on the pharmacy you use and whether or not you use insurance.

You are 18-49 years of age and in the states of and in the states of California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, New Mexico or Virginia..

  • How do you get a UTI? Sometimes a UTI just happens. Other times it’s a result of a new activity, product, or changes in your body over time.
  • UTIs are treated with antibiotics, medication intended to kill the bacteria that is hanging out in your bladder causing the symptoms. A course of antibiotics for a UTI is usually less than 1 week, depending on your medical history, allergies, and history of having a UTI in the past.
  • Unfortunately, we can only offer STI testing as an addition to our UTI care at the moment, but plan to offer STI testing for all patients soon!
